The start of a new soccer year (08/01/08) dictates that Players once again register so that they can compete as members of the Chittenango Soccer Club in sanctioned leagues and also be covered by our secondary insurance coverage.
Chittenango Soccer Club Registration Procedure 2008-2009
1. For Returning Teams and Players:
The following will be distributed to the Coaches / Managers:
The latest Team Roster.
Player Membership Forms, link to this form. The Coach / Manager need to get these to all their returning players NOW!
Players complete the form and return them to the Coach / Manager.
The forms are turned in the Club registrations events or meeting, to the Registrar or designated representative.
Please attach a $30 registration check, ($60 maximum per family), to each form payable to the Chittenango Soccer Club.
Attach a current 1.5" x 1.5" photo of the player, and print the player's name and age on 07/31/08 on the back of the photo. The 2008 - 2009 age matrix can be accessed through this link,
The Coach / Manager must complete a Team Roster Form, link to this form, and submit it to the Club Registrar when registering their team.
If the team is disbanding, it is the responsibility of the Coach to inform all of it's players. The Coach should also inform the Club Registrar and/or Club President on the disposition of the team members.
2. For New Players and Teams:
For any new player or team, the Chittenango Soccer Club will hold an open registration on specified dates and locations.
Just because a Player registered at an open registration, DO NOT assume the club will form a Team. There will need to be enough Players and a willing Parent Coach volunteer(s). The Club Officials will assist in organizing the team, getting started with coaching, registering the team for league play, etc.
If a new Player is recruited to play with an existing team, they will need to submit a Player registration form, a 1.5" x 1.5" photo with their name and age on 07/31/2008 printed on the back, a $30 registration check, ($60 maximum per family), payable to the Chittenango Soccer Club.
Any first time Player is required to submit a copy of their Birth Certificate with the registration form as proof of age.

* Note - All registrations, Birth Certificates, and $ 30 registration fees are ultimately returned to the Club Registrar. All team and league fees are to be submitted to the Club Treasurer.
